praise the earth
This dinner was made for the. luxury supplier ledelas, resulting a trip in their farming foundation 'Domaine de toury'.
we discovered and learned about permaculture, respect of the soil and all ecosystems, and try to transcribe our experience into one diner.
The owners welcomed us so warmly ! It is all about sharing, friendliness and goodwill. Their aim is to spread the philosophy of permaculture.
Most of their staff were "wwoofing" : volunteers from all around the world, working in exchange of free bed and food.
THE PEOPLE
Domain of Toury - Burgundy
In this quiet and lovely farm, surrounded by wood, it feels like we arrived at our own Grandma's house.
Everything is conducive to keep us closer to the earth, having us wondering about our ways of life, and consumption.
THE PLACE
The products of the earth are beyond exceptional.
Their shape, colour and tastes are the expression of an healthy soil, a true respect of the living, no matter how small.
The seeds grow completely
naturally, as if humans do not exist, and give its best.
