I am largely influenced by the cultural aspect of gastronomy. All my trips discovery widely inspire me to create cocktails or dishes, by reinterpreting what I saw, smelled, tested and tasted.
I visualize food as materials that can be used to express an idea, a feeling and create experience.
It is my way to transcribe my vision via creating tasty and aesthetic dishes, but especially meaningful.
